Our mission is to help teachers plan standards-based lessons in a format that will allow for teacher autonomy and will support teacher creativity. We want to enable teachers to be creative while still meeting school and district requirements. We want teachers to enjoy teaching again.

Julie Krautkramer, M.Ed.
Julie Krautkramer, M.Ed.
Julie has been teaching for over 25 years at both private and public schools. She has been an instrumental part of curriculum writing teams and vertical teams, and, like you, has strived to plan lessons that are creative and help students succeed. Julie has presented literacy in-services for her school district and has been a cooperating teacher/mentor for student teachers. An early experimenter with the Common Core State Standards, Julie’s CCSS-based lessons impressed colleagues, leading her to collaborate with her husband to create Teacher’s Planning Partner.

Michael Krautkramer, M.Ed.
Michael has been a science and math teacher for over nine years at both private and public schools and has taught adult education for over 25 years. He has a broad technical background, as well as a background in music and theater. His innovative lessons follow Common Core curriculum guidelines while inspiring students to be their best.
